AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE RECORDS AUDIT

 

The maintenance records audit complied with by ACT - Aviation Consulting teams, requires the compliance of the items listed below:

 

Maintenance program compliance review, it means assure that there is not any task in maintenance program overdued,

​

 - Airworthiness Directives

​

 - Modifications and Alterations assure that the dirty fingerprints and (engineering data) were performed for all,  major and minor modifications.

​

- Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) assure that the dirty fingerprints (engineering data) were carried out.

​

Repair File or Structural Log Book, reviewing of the dirty fingerprints and certifications for each individual repair, including a mapping of the aircraft.

​

– Components release certificates (Form FAA 8130/ EASA 001)

 

Regulatory certificates

​

Technical Logbooks, items updated, and closed.

 

– Interior Burn Certification for  cockpit, passenger cabin, flight attendant, crew, and passenger seats,  as well as, respective spares, including other items like ceiling, sidewalls, carpets, suitcases compartment, curtains, cargo compartments etc.

 

Engine documentation (shop visit reports, trend data, borescope reports etc.), and  the BtB documentation for LLPs.
